Visit to the Drama Museum
Our school embarked on a unique cultural journey at the Beijing People's Art Theatre. Firstly, we visited the Drama Museum, a place filled with historical significance showcasing the rich and diverse culture of drama. From classical to contemporary, students traversed through time and experienced the evolution and development of drama across different historical periods.
Participation in Drama Workshop
Subsequently, we had the privilege of participating in a lively and entertaining drama workshop. This session not only passed in laughter but also played a positive role in cultivating students' expressive abilities and teamwork spirit. Students expressed that this experience allowed them to deeply understand the artistic beauty of drama and ignited their enthusiasm for expressing individality.
Visit to the Capital Theatre
Strolling through the grand lobby of the Capital Theatre felt like entering a cultural palace. Here, students witnessed a high-level performance, experiencing the profound essence of theatrical art. The clever stage design and dazzling lighting effects added to the awe, providing students with a rare artistic feast.
Visit to the International Drama Center
As part of our itinerary, we specifically arranged a visit to the International Drama Center. This venue gathers various dramas and artistic activities, allowing students to personally experience the international styles of theatrical performances. This exposure is crucial for broadening their artistic perspectives and cultivating an understanding of international backgrounds.
Browsing the Drama Bookstore
In the midst of the activities, we allocated time for students to freely explore the drama bookstore. The vast array of drama literature provided students with an opportunity for in-depth learning and expanding their interest in reading. This also served as a great chance to foster students' engagement with a wide range of artistic fields.
Appreciation of Drama-related Creative Products
As the culmination of the event, we set aside time to appreciate drama-related creative products. From books to music, from artworks to handicrafts, students, through this appreciation, further felt the infinite charm of drama and integrated this passion into their daily lives.
The entire activity was rich and colorful, providing students with both fulfillment and enjoyment. In addition to acquiring a wealth of cultural knowledge, students cultivated a love for drama and gained insights into teamwork through practical experiences. We hope this activity becomes an integral part of students' artistic growth, inspiring a lasting passion for theatrical arts in their future learning and lives.
